Who do you sell to?

For everyone: the consumer, hobbyist, potter, trader, exporter and grower.

How big are the cuttings you sell?

We sell all our cuttings with 3-5 eyes (growth points), this is a healthy cutting of high quality of which you will see signs of a flower already the first year. We cannot guarantee this, of course, it depends on local conditions. Our planting instructions will maximize that chance.

Our cuttings distinguish themselves because we shorten the roots of the cuttings as little as possible. We believe in: 'the bigger the cutting, the more vigour there is'.  Young, healthy cuttings that grow at our cultivation location in Brabant (NL). Here we use a 2-year cycle that is not cut.

I don't see the type I'm looking for in your range?

Unfortunately we cannot grow all varieties, if a variety is missing please contact us. Because of our large network we might still be able to deliver it to you.

What is the best time to order?

We usually come online in January with the offerings for the new season. It is best to place your order as early as possible to avoid selling out of your desired variety. We are also busier in May/June because of the flower harvest season, so we are less able to serve you directly. The webshop on the other hand is always available.

Your order is a so-called pre-order. We make estimates of the numbers we think we can harvest/cut and offer from that.
Nothing is as changeable as the weather. Due to climatic conditions, it is possible that less can be harvested. But of course we do not assume this.

If I live outside the European Union, can I order from you?

Commercial customers can contact us for this without obligation for the possibilities.

Private customers living outside the European Union are of course welcome to order from us as. But in practice this is often not very attractive because of the relatively high additional costs. This especially because of the additional and required paperwork from your home country. E.g. the phytocertificate which we charge to the customer and the expensive shipment to your destination.

Do you also sell cuttings in the spring?

We also offer our peony cuttings in spring. The cuttings we offer are already dug up in the previous autumn, after this we gave them all treatments to bloom the next season.
Peonies need 500 to 1000 cold hours, this we simulate in our modernized cold store. The product is well packed so we already stimulate the growth of the hair root. This allows us to offer our cuttings in spring.
Who does not become happy to provide their garden with beautiful plants during the singing of the birds?

I have ordered in the webshop, when will it be delivered?

We start digging in late August and start our fall delivery from October.
You can also choose spring delivery after that, these are delivered no later than the end of March.

How do you package the peony cutting?

The cuttings you order from us are first rinsed clean and carefully cut. After this, they receive a hot water treatment with UV light to kill nematodes, fungi and bacteria and they receive a disinfection shower to prevent fungi and bacteria.

The cuttings go per species separately in bags filled with peat moss, this against drying out and to stimulate the growth of the hair root. These bags go, depending on the number of cuttings, in a matching cardboard box or a plastic lily crate with label and plant passport. Planting instructions are included.

Who will deliver my order?

Within Europe we cooperate with parcel service DHL. For example, when you place your order in the webshop, we offer your order to DHL Parcel in October. They will send you a Track and Trace so you can follow your order.

For wholesalers, we ship in consultation with the customer or a pickup is arranged.

What are the payment terms?

Through our webshop you pay the full amount, in this you can assume that there will be no further additional costs and everything will be fine.

For wholesalers, we require a 30% deposit to reserve your order, which we expect within 14 calendar days. If not, we may cancel your order. Further prepayments are welcome but not required.
The remaining 70% will be charged prior to delivery.
